Abstract

This is an ontology developed in the scope of the SAFER (Semantic integrAtion and reasoning Framework for pharmacovigilancE signals Research) Marie-Curie fellowship project. The ontology aims to semantically describe signal detection methods and facilitate their selection and combinatorial exploitation in analysis experiments.
